Currently in an old PMG holder graded Choice VF 35 with “Minor Foreign Substance, Pinholes” comments.
The foreign substance appears to be hand oils or something similar from handling, primarily on the right side of the note. There are 3 small partially closed pinholes visible when held up to light. The note faces very well and a reholder would remove the “Net” on the holder label.
